Consultations are $150 for 30 minutes or $300 for one hour. You'll meet directly with Attorney Carol Lee Peake, not an intake specialist. We'll talk through your situation, your options under Florida law, what the process will realistically look like, and what representation would cost. You'll leave with a clear picture of your next steps, whether or not you hire us.
Most matters fit in 30 minutes. If your case involves significant assets, a business, relocation, or a complicated history, the one-hour consultation is the better choice.
